Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Boots must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Contact us to request a return. Items sent back without an approved request won't be accepted. Once approved, we'll send instructions.
Return your original pair, then place a separate order for the size you need once the return is approved.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
